Shipping Methods

Delivery costs are calculated according to the size and weight of your order.

There are 2 shipping methods we will use, including expedited shipping, standard shipping, super savings shipping. We will arrange the best Courier according to your choice of shipping method and shipping address. 

We support the following shipping courier:

1) Expedited Shipping: (4 – 10 days)

    Shipping Courier by DHL / EMS or E-Packet mails / UPS.

2) Standard Shipping: (15 – 30 days)

    Shipping Courier by DHL / THAILAND AIRMAILS / UPS.

Different countries and different weight segments have different logistics fees and transportation time.

Customs & Import Tax

You'd better note the import tax condition in your own country before ordering.

Return Packaging

All items leaving our warehouse are inspected and packed appropriately.
In the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately.

If 72 Hours has gone by since your item(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not responsible for errors caused by delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form is not realistic or has been omitted.

The maximum ship out time after payment is 15 days. A Delivery time is according to your choice of shipping method.

 • These deadlines are averages and, therefore, an estimate. For this reason, it can vary depending on logistical or force majeure reasons.

• We do not responsible for any delays that occur at the customs of each country

• Please, keep in mind that there are countries and cities where shipments are subject to taxation or tariffs. We do not responsible for such fees, so you must pay the amount.

In most cases, fees are charged when the package is delivered, although you can receive a notification by mail, requiring that you personally apply to pay these fees in order to receive your package.
