When I request a return, will the shipping cost be refunded? 

We will do our best to support your request. But sorry that the shipping fee is non-refundable.     If it is our responsibility to generate a return, the shipping fee might be refunded depending on the severity of the problem. 

Please contact Customer Service within 3 calendar days after you receive the item. At the time of delivery, the buyer must check the condition of the package in front of the transport company, pointing to the invoice any anomaly that you can find on the package. After checking the product, if you find any damage, such as a blow, breakage or any damage caused to this product, email it to us as soon as possible to process the return. Customers must report the return within a period of 7 calendar days of the received delivery date. We cannot accept returns after this period.

In case of return, the buyer must return the product in excellent condition, with the original packaging and undamaged markings, usually packed in the original box, which is in the same condition as it was received.

We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for tracking the shipment.

We will not assume responsibility-financially, or in any other way, if your shipment is not allowed into the country in which you reside with the result being that your order is shipped back to Thailand. If you are not sure about your country customs/quarantine laws, we suggest you contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Return Policy

1. Different category product may support different return policy.

2. Items must be unused, undamaged and with original tags and packaging.

3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Do I have to return my items in their original packaging?


Ideally, yes. Items should be returned in their original packaging to make sure they are protected in transit.

What is The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal?

Payment is traceable. Using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment. 

When you make the payment for your order, you need not use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, cosmostrends.com will not take your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

As for dealing with each supplier, we keep the payment save and secured throughout seller verification and product inspections.


How About customs & import tax?

Customs is a government agency responsible for regulating shipments entering a country or region. All shipments being sent to and from a country or region must clear customs first. It's always buyer's responsibilities to clear customs and pay the relevant custom duties.

In most countries, however, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.

The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.

Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.

If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you, or you cannot pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

If the items are detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?

If the items are detained by Customs after the ship left the seller's country, the buyer is requested to deal with it.

If a very large order is delivered to my country, will customs seize my order?

Yes, it is possible. We suggest you to split your orders into several smaller packages, to be shipped out on different days to avoid possible seizure.

If custom duties are incurred, who is responsible?

It is the buyer's responsibility for any custom duty fees that may be charged upon delivery. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.

How to cancel an order that has been paid?

Our products are made by hand and sometimes maybe made to order, we do not accept cancel after order has been order and paid.

Colors not as described

Please notice that there might be a slight color difference between the product picture on our website and the actual product due to different monitors settings. We are committed to presenting the true appearance of the product, including its color. 

But sometimes the color difference is inevitable. We are grateful if you can understand and accept the slight color difference. 

Mis shipped products

For mis shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered).

Please contact customer service by submitting a dispute on our site within 7 calendar days after receiving the item.

What if I changed my PayPal account, can the refund be sent to my new account?

If your PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. Then, please send email to Mail@cosmostrends.comwith your order number for a refund. Your money will be returned to your old PayPal account within normally 3 business days
